Microsoft Business Central Developer

➡️We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Central Developer to expand our E-MINDS team. E-MINDS digitizes analog processes and substantiates decisions with available data. Our digital experts strengthen the customer and its production with a strong hands-on and no-nonsense implementation by offering custom-written software as a concrete solution.
➡️As our new Integrations Developer dedicated to Microsoft Business Central ERP, you contribute by working together with our team and enhancing the integration between the client's software and Microsoft Business Central. As a profile, you are fascinated by data flows between various applications, enjoy improving operations for customers, and make their software respond to each other with smooth data exchanges.
➡️You work closely together with our driven team of experienced programmers and Implementation Consultants to maintain our connector. Translate customer needs from Business Central together with the team, to ensure the smoothest flow between both apps. Help us analyze and describe what needs to be developed, then implement it based on Jira tickets. Also, testing what you have built by writing unit & integration tests is included.
➡️We work with classic SCRUM methods: two daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, sprint review & retrospective. With the entire team of experienced engineers, you work towards the sprint goal established with the Product Owner at the start of the sprint.
How do you make an impact?
☑️You will work from our location in Skopje with a group of experts- colleagues, working closely with a remote team of experts in Belgium with whom you can spar and share knowledge anytime.
☑️Having a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or another related field is required.
☑️The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of work experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Business Central ERP in a technically challenging environment.
☑️You can translate customer needs from Business Central, together with the team, and you can develop according to Microsoft Best Practices for the AppSource. Previous experience on AppSource and Microsoft Partner Processes or similar technologies will be great!
☑️ Your working tools: Confluence/Jira , Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate.
☑️ Your technological skills: AL programming language, Business Central SaaS, Business Central On-Premise and Azure, and DevOps knowledge are a plus.
☑️ Neat code style: You want to keep code clean and easy to understand by the rest of the team!
☑️ Experience in an environment where agile & SCRUM development is applied.
☑️ Due to the collaboration with an external team, you have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
☑️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills and a willingness to travel to customer offices in Belgium.
☑️ Ability to adapt and apply rapidly changing technology to in-house business needs.
